Neuhaus Literacy Leadership Institute

Great reading instruction starts with strong leadership. The Neuhaus Literacy Leadership Institute prepares school and district leaders to become effective literacy leaders who believe every student can learn to read, and who have the knowledge to make it happen.

You will develop a deep understanding of how reading skills develop, why explicit and systematic instruction matters, and how to coach teachers toward more effective Structured Literacy practice while building trust along the way.

The course includes two days of training plus two small-group follow-up sessions.
