How do I pay with a purchase order?
Email your PO to NeuhausPO@neuhaus.org. POs are processed in 2–3 business days, and invitation links go out shortly after, depending on your class and its schedule.

Certification programs (OCPDS and BLS)
Which certification pathway is right for me?
OCPDS leads to the Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist (C-SLDS) certification through the Center for Effective Reading Instruction. Basic Language Skills (DSPP) prepares you for the ALTA exam at the Practitioner (CALP) or Therapist (CALT) level.
Both start with a free Preview Session on neuhaus.org, where requisites and pricing are covered.
Watch:
How do I track my certification requirements?
In the NECSIS menu, open Certification Pathways and choose DSPP (Basic Language Skills) or OCPDS. The requirements tracker shows each step. A filled dot means it's complete.
How do I upload my documents?
- Click My Documents, then + Add new document.
- Enter a document name and pick the matching Document type.
- Click Choose File and select your PDF.
- Click Lock And Submit to send it for review. (Save keeps a draft.)
Reviews take 24–48 business hours. Confirmed means you're all set. Declined means please upload a corrected version.
Why was my document declined?
- PDF only. Photos, Word documents and screenshots can't be accepted.
- Wet signature. Print the form, sign it by hand in ink, then scan it. Typed or electronic signatures aren't accepted.
- Conferred date. Your diploma or transcript must show the date your degree was awarded.
- Names match. If your name has changed, also upload a marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order as "Other document."
- Right type. Match the Document type dropdown to your file.
How do I buy an additional or replacement BLS manual?
BLS manuals are available only to people who have completed the BLS program through that book, and each purchase needs approval first.
- Email certificationmaterials@neuhaus.org with your name, email, which book(s) you need, how many copies, and when you completed that BLS course. Asking for more than one copy? Tell us why.
- We check your transcript or completion record and send an approval number within 5–7 business days.
- Call the Registrar at 713-664-7676, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm Central, to place your order by phone.
