Structured Literacy Modules for CEU Credit
In Structured Literacy Modules, participants explore the components of evidence-based structured literacy instruction across 19 asynchronous modules. Instruction covers how research grounded in the Science of Reading informs structured literacy, why its components are necessary for developing skilled readers, and how they can be practically applied during direct instruction. Each module pairs short video lectures with knowledge checks, so participants can build or refresh their understanding of the research base at their own pace.
Audience: Anyone seeking to learn more about structured literacy instruction.
Details: Available on-demand only. Curriculum-agnostic. Module run time is just under 14.5 hours total; because the format is fully asynchronous, participants can start and stop at their own pace, so actual completion time may vary. Access lasts 90 days. Successful completion of all 19 modules earns 18 CEUs.
Participants leave with information and evidence-based strategies to inform instruction — not an instructional routine, scope and sequence, or curriculum.
