We are pleased to announce the appointment of Katherine Smith as our next President and Chief Executive Officer. Smith will officially assume the role on April 7, 2025, succeeding Dr. Tracy White Weeden, who will retire at the end of August 2025 after nearly a decade of transformative leadership.

This innovative program is structured with the necessary skills, materials, and content for educators and facilitators to make a significant impact on high school and adult learners facing literacy challenges. Structured Reading and Spelling (SRS) is a research-based professional development designed to equip educators with a comprehensive curriculum that supports older students and adults struggling with literacy.
